So, this EU-US trade deal, huh? Listen, it's a whole lotta bullshit wrapped up in a nice, shiny bow – kinda like one of those fuckin' cannolis from that bakery down on Mulberry Street. Everybody arguing, nobody listening. Except, instead of gabagool and gravy, it’s tariffs and trade agreements. Capisce? Then, bam! Trump himself shows up. Like a fuckin’ Godfather settling a family dispute, only instead of whacking some wiseguy, he’s whacking tariffs. See, that's the key, the *personal* touch. These pencil-necked bureaucrats in Brussels and Washington, they can’t get nothin’ done unless the big man steps in. It’s the same in my business. You gotta be there, hands-on. Otherwise, you got a bunch of schmucks who’ll screw it all up. Remember that time Paulie Walnuts tried to handle that construction job on his own? Disaster. Total fuckin' disaster. This deal… it’s a win for Trump, sure. He’s braggin’ about it like he just took down the whole fuckin’ Colombo family. But this Vance guy, his Vice President, he’s already spinning it. “Trump only got 99.9% of what he asked for,” he says. What a fuckin’ weasel. It’s like when you get a little somethin’ extra in a shakedown, you gotta be grateful, even if it's not the whole enchilada. The EU? They’re swallowin’ it, but they’re not happy. Fifteen percent tariff. Better than the thirty percent they were lookin’ at, but it still stings. It's like gettin’ clipped for a smaller amount; you're still gettin’ clipped. They’re spinnin' it, too, of course. Talkin’ about pharmaceuticals and semiconductors. Yeah, yeah, yeah. But at the end of the day, they got bent over a barrel. They had no choice. And that’s the thing. Strength. In this game, in any game, you gotta have it. Trump’s got it. These Euro-weenies? Not so much. They were weak, they knew it, and they folded. So they’re opening up their markets, zero tariffs for us. They’re practically begging for our business. Steel and aluminum still gettin’ hit with a fifty percent tariff, though. Gotta keep *somebody* hurtin', right? It’s the way of the world. The way of *my* world, anyway. So, yeah, this trade deal… it's done. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I gotta make a call.
